Hello I’m Roxy! My mama saw and adopted me at our local shelter because I just melted her heart. I was rescued from a dreadful hoarding situation in South Lake Tahoe, California. I am a sweet girl, but I am very timid and frighten easily with loud noises and sudden movements.
