My name is Lucy! Sadly for me, my Day of Rescue hasn't come yet. I was born in Sri Lanka, but I’ve been living at the Edmonton Valley Zoo in Alberta, Canada for what feels like forever. The winters are so incredibly cold. 

I spend so much time cooped up in the barn, and sometimes they take me for walks outside in the snow, but my feet don’t like the cold! I have no elephant companions, only human keepers. They seem to think that it is enough for me, but it isn’t.  I am an elephant, and I need to be with other elephants!
