Ginger's Day of Rescue
I'm a shy girl called Ginger. I've always been timid, even when I was a pup, with my naughty brothers and sisters. For a long time I lived on the streets of Mumbai. I was there when quite suddenly everything around me went black and I couldn't see anymore.
I was really lucky, as a very nice young lady noticed I was blind, and she came to my rescue. She sent me to the IDA India center. Here I am now, very well fed and looked after. I like the staff who look after us, all my friends who are in the specialty blind ward with me who also cannot see, and the ward boys whose voices I know so well.
I'm happy because I heard them say that, thanks to the kind supporters of In Defense of Animals, they are building us a beautiful garden where we can relax without any danger. I am so excited!
Please give what you can to care for us blind dogs - we will be so thankful for our happy ever after!
