Hi! I’m Maddy! Here I am with my new litter of adorable kittens. It wasn’t that long ago that I was living outside under a porch with dozens and dozens of other cats, many of whom were very sick and even starving. The person who would sometimes feed us simply had too many animals and could not take proper care of all of us. Thankfully, great people from In Defense of Animals heard about what was happening. We were all taken away to Hope Animal Sanctuary where we had food, shelter, and medical care. It’s a good thing too, since I gave birth to kittens on my first day there! Months later, my entire family and I were part of a cat transport to new forever homes where all of us were adopted! I can hardly believe that all of my babies will be part of loving families who will care for them, and that they will not suffer from hunger and neglect like I did.
