A Texas couple has been arrested on charges of child pornography and bestiality. Demand justice for the victims in this case!

On March 13, 2024, Montgomery County deputies responded to a complaint at a grocery store where it was reported a man was following children and masturbating. This led to the arrest of William Keen on charges of indecent exposure; additional charges of indecency with a child by exposure were also added after some of the children were identified.

Further investigation uncovered multiple images of child sexual assault material on his phone. On March 27 he was arrested again and charged with child pornography. Investigators also found photos on his phone of his wife Joely Keen engaged in sexual acts with their Great Dane. She was arrested on a charge of bestiality.

The Great Dane and two other dogs were removed from their home and taken to Montgomery County Animal Services. Two children were reportedly also removed from the home and placed with relatives. Unfortunately, the couple has since bonded out.

Subject: Couple Facing Bestiality and Child Porn Charges Deserve Maximum Sentencing

Dear District Attorney Ligon:

I’m writing to you to support the prosecution of Joely Keen, who was arrested on a charge of bestiality following her husband’s arrest on charges of indecent exposure and possession of child pornography.

Joely Keen must be sentenced to a full term of incarceration, be mandated to engage in a mental health program, and be banned from any contact with animals in the future. William Keen should face similarly strong sentencing.

I’m disappointed this couple was allowed to bond out, despite their risk to the most vulnerable members of the community, and will be following this case to its fruition. I thank you for your representation of the people of your district in seeking justice for all victims of exploitation and abuse.
