I’m a pig! Today, modern farms are virtually indistinguishable from industrialized factories where animals like me are treated as commodities – just things rolling off the assembly line, and not recognized as the innocent lives we truly are.
When I was very little, I was dumped in a cold metal bin inside of a factory farm. I was found shivering and frightened on a pile of other small piglets who weren’t growing fast enough like me; I had been left to die. But thanks to my rescuer from In Defense of Animals, I was saved and now live out my days on a sunny rescue sanctuary where I get lots of belly rubs.
