I’m Pastel!

I remember when I was just a small puppy, my mom and siblings were homeless and we would wander from place to place looking for food. Nights were cold and harsh so my brothers and sisters and I would huddle together to stay warm. We were very hungry then too, but no one came to give us food so we would do our best to stay together and warm.

We were walking down a road hoping to find something to eat when a car stopped and we heard the people inside say something about hungry puppies. When they drove away, we tried to chase the car but it was too fast. Very soon another car came by and stopped. This time, two people got out and called us over to them. They had food, and lots of it! Wow, it was so good! After we ate, they said we would go with them to In Defense of Animals’ Hope Animal Sanctuary. We did not know what that was but we sure were happy to get in that warm car. We went to sleep right away and slept for the entire long drive.
